This afternoon Lira, Patrick and I watched a hit multi-award winning musical at MasterCard Theatre, Marina Bay Sands. The story tells the true real-life story of how four poverty-line kids from the wrong side of the tracks became one of the greatest successes in pop music history. The Four Seasons: Frankie Valli, Bob Gaudio, Tommy DeVito and Nick Massi wrote their own songs, invented their own sounds and sold million records internationally.

The Phantom of the Opera - Manila tour

Last Sunday I had the privilege to watch the most awaited musical play here in the Philippines with my dearest friends, The Phantom of the Opera. The musical play which was a masterpiece of Andrew Lloyd Webber that started showing in Manila on August 25, 2012 and this has been extended until September 30 at the CCP Main Theater in Pasay, Manila's suburban. This is one of the longest running musical play in Broadway.

My friends and I enjoyed every act that was shown in this tremendous musical play. I was very delighted with my experience watching this well anticipated musical play. Moreover, the details of costumes, lighting and music were carefully chosen to add value to overall performance.

After I had the experience seeing the one greatest productions of The Phantom of the Opera, if will be given the chance, I will watch it in the US or London because I cant stop dreaming to go to watch there.

Mama Mia!

Wow, what a great evening!!! Cheers to a fruitful life. This is all what I can say. :D I owe myself another reward because I was able to beat many challenges I encountered lately. Because I wanted to give myself a special gift, I decided to watch the musical play of Mama Mia with my dearest friend, Dinah. I know this time that my gift is more expensive than the usual but I told myself that the chance of watching a Broadway production here in Manila is just once in a lifetime.

The production of the show is spectacular and the stage actors are all professional. They dance gracefully. The blocking of each scene is very clean. The actors didn't mess up as I expected. Thus, during the entire show the audience is very enthusiastic because the audience can sing along lyrically to every song since, Mama Mia! musical play is based on the greatest hits album of ABBA.

I promised to myself that one day I will go to Broadway to watch another spectacular show.

By the way, before I end here my anecdote and opinion I would like to share my thought, "Always remember to have a simple life with simple plan so that your future won't be complicated even if you desire so many achievements, properties, titles, etc.
