Travel
Whenever I am thinking about the things that make me happy, I always write in my priority list is traveling. I love to see the world, explore different cultures, speak foreign languages and experience new adventures because the experience thrills me. Thus, it fulfils my dream, it inspires me and most importantly, it opens my heart and soul in every single time because it gives me new ideas, new adventure, new outlook in life and new life to live with.
I like experiencing things for the first time whether trying new cuisine, capturing architecture with the click of my camera or perhaps, experiencing of being me!
I always work hard to produce best output that I can do, but of course, I have to deal with the best equation between the corporate world and normal-life-world.
If I am not free to travel long distance, I shall make a way to jazz up my day to see things with a new perspective.

Exceeds Expectations
There were many things that I accomplished in the past and yet I still have pending transaction that needs to be done. However, today I need to pause so that I can give myself ample time to think and reorganise my plans. I have to think better strategies in facing the future. Furthermore, today, the first quarter of the year is officially ending and I have to look back to thank everyone and move forward for a better future.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank God for all the blessing He always gives me. I would like also to say "Thank you" to everyone who helped me to achieve what I have today. I am very delightful because I finished several accomplishments and achieved lots of milestones in my life.
I would like to thank my family and friends for unconditional love and support they had given me. Three weeks ago, I visited my family in the Philippines and when I travelled back home, I took the opportunity to bond with my mom, niece and nephews. Moreover, I met my few friends to catch up and bond with them. Of course, my purpose in returning back was settling my personal stuff in various organization.

Reflection & Throwback Tuesday - 2013 Year End Special
Enjoyable Recollection
The 31st of December is the oldest and last day of the year. Many of us are busy preparing to send-off the year 2013 and say hello to new year 2014.
I believe that today is the best time to look back and reminisce the past 1 year because this will help us evaluate our accomplishment and failures. Consequently, this is the best time to give thanks to our Heavenly Father. This year, I achieve several milestones although it wasn't easy because I was like in a roller coaster ride but I am very pleased with the outcome of my few projects. I am very thankful because I received so many blessings.
Getting sufficient exercise regularly is also my of my goals this year and it balances my lifestyle. Indeed, I was also able to participate with different running events here in Singapore like;

Wake Me Up When September Ends!
Today is the last day of September and it means that the 3rd quarter of year 2013 is over. It is time again to evaluate what has been done and what needs to be done to achieve goal. As far as I can remember, this quarter is the most challenging time for me because I need to pause, step back and look again at all my options. Consequently, I need to contemplate with my choices because of unforeseen circumstances. I am not dismayed that this quarter didn’t give me much achievements and I can also say that it is not as vibrant compare from the last quarter. I don’t consider that this is a failure but I think, this time around is just a breakeven part of my life.
What was done to improve myself?
ü I donated my hair to cancer survivor on July 6 because I thought I would be better to use my hair to make a wig rather than throwing it into trash. Out of 4 running events, 3 were successful run and these were Race Against Cancer, NESTLÉ - Love Your Heart Run 2013 & The Strait Times - Run in the Park.
ü I visited some cultural event in my nearby area.
ü I also started to practice my swimming & biking skills in preparation of my future goal.
ü My buying power is in full swing to accumulate as many gifts as I can purchase so that I can send it to my parents for Christmas.
One step backward
ç Adidas King of the Road; one of my running event was cancelled by the organisers because of the bad weather condition.
ç My paternal grandmother passed away prematurely because of the devastating stress she got from her daughter-in-law. I was trying to convince myself not derive to any conclusion about the cause of her demise but based on the stories I heard, the causes of the death were unacceptable. Had she not been emotionally stressed by her daughter-in-law, she would have been still alive.
ç I cancelled my trip to Indonesia because my grandmother’s wake overlapped with my travel plan. Although, I didn’t return to the Philippines, I thought it would be better not to travel in respect with my feelings and personal loss.
As my simple life goes on, I promise to move beyond my horizon and I will do it right. I will show that I can do it better. I will roar like a tiger in the next quarter!!!

The Strait Times - Run in the Park
This morning I participated in the running event that was hosted by The Strait Times. This was the first time they organised this kind of event and more than twelve thousand runners joined to support their project. I enjoyed the scenic view of Punggol Waterway while I was running. Although the some routes have narrow track, I didn't mind it because I was very careful and patient when I ran to make sure that I was safe and sound.
I may not have gone where I intended to go, but I think I have ended up where I needed to be.

Vigan, Ilocos Sur
Os cuento mi visita a la ciudad de Vigan, una cuidad antigua y un lugar donde tiene los paisajes hermosos para explorar. Así, si vosotros sois amantes de la naturaleza o las playas y los museos o las antiguas Iglesias, pues, os aconsejo que viajéis a esa cuidad antigua.

Viajar a la de cuidad Vigan es muy fácil porque para llegar allí, hay autobuses que viajan a las distintas
partes cada dia desde Manila hasta la cuidad y los
autobuses salen cada hora de sus estaciones en Cubao y Pasay o pueden viajar en
avión.

What A Great Hair Day!!!
This morning my new friends and I participated in a charity work that was called "Hair for Hope" of Children's Cancer Foundation. This was a signature fundraising event. We shaved our head to raise funds and awareness of childhood cancer. It was fun to join with this kind of event because were happy that our hair would be useful to someone else. We thought that if we would to go salon and had a haircut, it would be a waste of hair. Thus, we felt greatness that we were important to others after we donated our hair.
It was a Great Hair Day! Personally, I was able to fulfil again my mission of helping other life in a little way. I was very thankful to our Beloved Divine Creator because he gave me more strength to do good deeds to others. Thus, I was also receiving more blessings from him

Reminiscing the Gold - Q2 YR2013
I had a very vibrant last quarter and I felt very blessed because I was able to achieve my goals. Moreover, I believed that I had a balance and good life. I also joined in several running events like JP Morgan Corporate Challenge Run, Sundown Marathon & Pocari Sweat Run 2013.
With regards to my financial matter, I tried to balance my spending without suppressing my desire to buy the things that would satisfy the so-called “Retail therapy”
I participated in some social activities and then I visited my family and relatives in the Philippines .
I can say that I had a blast during the 2nd quarter of 2013!
This coming 3rd quarter, I will run farther, save more money, travel more places, meet people, know better the different culture around me, and give more intangible support to the needy.

On the 31st of May, I will run on this event and it will test my capability of running beyond what is expected. It will really test my true endurance to reach the farthest horizon I will ever have in the present time. Oops!... I did it again.
I am thankful because the challenges that I encountered thought me many lessons in life. It made stronger. Mini Reunion
My high school classmates and I have not been seen each for seven years after we graduated, perhaps because all of us had very tight schedules. So we decided to meet up to catch up with latest trends about us. We met up in Serangoon and we had a lunch there. I had a great time chatting with them and now I am missing them because it has been five months ago when we had get-together. Thus, the only solution with my nostalgia is to set up new schedule to meet up with them but then again, they have to use the same reason "busy, not too soon". Ok, I need to adapt with it and I have to divert or open my attention to another opportunity that will lead me to socialize with different people.

TGIF - Celebrating A Good Life
Living and doing what we love is also celebrating our lives' huge wins. So, last night my friends and I went shopping to reward ourselves. We spent few bucks last night to “relieve stress” and we call it stress buster. Well, even if feel stress it doesn't mean we have to do shopping constantly. Hence, stress is normal and overcoming or managing it in our lives maybe a different factor. Of course, we have to buy something that is a necessity to our daily living. We know that if we do it excessively, it will produce the opposite effect like wasting hard-earned-money. For us, shopping can be one of the best stress relief techniques and most importantly, we enjoy it. Anyway, it is not all about money.
After buying few items, we decided eat our dinner and there's so many options where to eat out but we decided to spend our night at Punggol Promenade Riverside Walk. Then, we bought pizza, chicken & drinks from a take away restaurant. the food it's really great.
After reaching the riverside, we sat at a bench opposite the waterways. While eating, we didn't notice that we had three hour long talk and it made us feel so good. We talked anything while watching the constellation. With the use of my friend's Google application, we started searching zodiac signs, stars, meteorites, planets and many other galaxy creatures. We shared stories about Nazca lines, horror movies, sightings of UFO, and our usual talk will not end without tackling the local show business in the Philippines, popular Hollywood stars and great leaders in the world.
Finally, we have cleaned up our waste, to make sure we do something little greener for our environment.

Mi éxito está de vuelta
Este mes empieza el segundo trimestre del año por 2013 y empiezo invitar otra vez el estado de ánimo que es muy positive para hacer las cosas muy fácil. Quiero compartir con ustedes que esta tarde he recibido el reconocimiento en mi trabajo. Mis jefes me lo han dado porque ellos me dicen que tengo mucha confiancia en mi trabajo para hacerlo.
Ahora, recuerdo mi objetivo al llegar a Singapur que es tener éxito en todo lo que hago y creo que he alcanzado esta cifra y me hace muy feliz. La verdad es que amo lo que quiero, amo todo lo que hago y me siento muy orgulloso de mí mismo. Ademas tengo mucha emoción. Pues, a partir de hoy les juro que lucharé y viviré los días como si fuera Navidad. Seré un repartidor de dones y les daré a mis enemigos el don del perdón; a mis oponentes, el de la tolerancia; a mis amigos, el de una sonrisa y el de un buen ejemplo; y a todos esos regalos irán envueltos en un amor incondicional. Trabajaré con el conocimiento de que nunca se ha logrado nada grande sin entusiasmo. Reflection On My Life's Equilibrium
I noticed again that time flies. I just realized today that I have been living for more than half year now in a foreign land. Two days from now, the first quarter of the year 2013 will be over. Hence, I can still mention that I didn't underperform because my productivity is still high. Consequently, I have equilibrium of good life.
Last January, I visited my parents and I attend my sister's wedding in the Philippines. February, I was able to visit the ruins of the historical city of Malacca and this month of March, I spent a short vacation with my new friends in Genting, the place which I describe as city in the sky. When it comes to sports, I was able to participate in two major running event here in Singapore. In terms of financial aspect, I thank God because my ledger is still balance. I am still confident to say that I can budget, plan, set financial goals, monitor my progress & most importantly, I can share part of my earnings to my family. Although I am living in a surrounding that offers luxurious materials and the city with too high cost of living, I still manage to buy things that I want and need without hesitation or breaking the planned budget.
It is also great to mention that my working condition is improving. I am still new in my current position in a logistics organization but I am learning a lot. I am experiencing progress and the work load is still manageable. I believe that the working environment should have good vibes and this is definitely something important because it will boost our confidence, productivity, teamwork and social skills. Moreover, I thank my colleagues because they have a good sense of team spirit.
Sometimes I also experience tumultuous days but I can shift it with a good mood by joining social activities to regain positive energy. The level of success I have gained for the past years is already an extra mile for me. Many of the people are not experiencing the same thing that I have attained. I share this blog entry because I would like to inspire others to do simple things that will make them happy. I would like also to give my simple thoughts of cherishing every little blessing because it becomes big when accumulated. Life teaches us more lesson that help us to think maturely.
Finally, I always thank our God Almighty for every little thing he has done for me because I received so many blessing.

U Run 2012 is Finished
Today is Sunday, 24 of February 2013 and this morning I got my second medal for joining the running event here in Singapore. I ran 15 kilometres plus I climbed the NTCU building up to 30th floor using the fire exit stairs.
Every time I join in the running event, I treat it as new experience to widen my horizon and running keeps me alert, positive & young. I've been running for several years now and it keeps me feel stronger and fit. Running is something I enjoy.
Everyone was able to finish the goal. Congratulation!!!

Disfruto las compras
A mi me gusta las compras aquí en Singapur porque siempre hay muchas gangas de muchas cosas de muchas marcas. En cuanto a las gangas de las ropas o los zapatos de firma, yo recomiendo comprar en Zara, Gap, Cotton On, Aeropostale, Springfield, Apache, Rockport o Nike. Personalmente me parece más interesante comprar las cosas cuando las tiendas ofrecen precios bajísimos. Creo que vale la pena gastar un poco dinero para comprar las cosas para mí. Además, Singapur es una zona muy turística, entonces siempre hay muchas gangas para ofrecer a los visitants.
