Amok - Khmer Food
Khmer food is very delicious because of the flavours are more subdued and are less spicy.
When I was touring in Siem Reap, Cambodia, I always prefer to eat amok. Amok is a fish which is mostly cooked with coconut milk, egg, peanuts and other local ingredients. This was served with steamed jasmine rice.

Travel
Whenever I am thinking about the things that make me happy, I always write in my priority list is traveling. I love to see the world, explore different cultures, speak foreign languages and experience new adventures because the experience thrills me. Thus, it fulfils my dream, it inspires me and most importantly, it opens my heart and soul in every single time because it gives me new ideas, new adventure, new outlook in life and new life to live with.
I like experiencing things for the first time whether trying new cuisine, capturing architecture with the click of my camera or perhaps, experiencing of being me!
I always work hard to produce best output that I can do, but of course, I have to deal with the best equation between the corporate world and normal-life-world.
If I am not free to travel long distance, I shall make a way to jazz up my day to see things with a new perspective.
Happy traveling on the road!!!
People who travel end up wiser and happier at the end of their lives.
