I would like to congratulate everyone who participated the HyperSports Get Fit Run at Quirino Grand Stand last July 8, 2012.
Few tips to consider before running;
Sign up for the race.
Prepare your running shoes.
Run on the treadmill during midweek and schedule your interval workouts for the days you need to exercise at work.
Eat and drink healthy food.
Get enough sleep and set your alarm extra-early and get up.
